At Arrow Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't help you hit the fairway, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective covers are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
